Bilingual Sales Coordinator - Toronto (Sales)

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Bilingual Sales Coordinator. This position will be in Toronto in a hybrid work arrangement (from home and from our Toronto office).

What will you do?

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Support, you will be responsible for providing effective and professional support to our dynamic Field Sales team across the country.  – and we're not just looking for someone to “manage calendars.” We need a thrusted strategic partner who can anticipate needs, keep projects on track, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

 Responsibilities:

  • Keep our sales leaders organized and focused – manage schedules, prep meetings, and streamline communications.
  • Own the admin side of sales leadership meetings: set clear agendas, take minutes, follow up on action items.
  • Be our CRM and territory management expert:  become the go-to resource for tools, troubleshooting, and insights.
  • Draft clear, concise internal communications and support team presentations.
  • Coordinate travel, manage regional expenses, and help track budget variances.
  • Pitch in on contests, incentives, and special projects that keep our sales teams motivated.

 What makes a successful Bilingual Sales Coordinator?

  • 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a sales or fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence, polish, and excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Leadership instincts – you're not afraid to take initiative, steer projects, or suggest improvements.
  • Stellar skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience juggling multiple tasks, keeping things moving, and staying cool under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and work some weekends for sales meetings.
