This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Team/Function: Team/Function: This team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert management of quoting, order processing-management, and logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met.
  • Creating quotes for customers and sending ETA's (estimated time of arrivals).
  • Provides support to Sales teams (inside/outside) representatives within Ingram.
  • Address inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned vendors.
  • Ensure timely responses to service level agreements (SLAs), consistently meeting the 2-4 hour turnaround time for inquiries and requests.
  • Recognize and learn the various nuances of the HPE and Juniper Network product lines and technologies.
  • Expected to provide late shift coverage on vendor quarter-end and month-end periods.

What you bring to the role:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of strong customer service background.
  • Previous experience in sales support and order processing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive results while demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, resilient and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
