Are you digitally savvy, people-oriented, and driven by results? Do you want to work for an organization that believes in people's potential and helps shape the future of Canadian small business?
At CFIB, your work supports small businesses in your community and across the country. You will have a hand in shaping the economy and future of the country. You will be independent through flexibility and accountability, so you can live and work at your best. You will join an organization that is collaborative and supportive, where more than 90% of employees agree it's a great place to work. You will work closely with colleagues both locally and across the country – building upon synergies and learning from one another. You make a difference when you work at CFIB.
We are launching a new initiative to deepen our engagement with high-potential business communities across Canada. We are currently seeking a Growth Market Development Associate for a 12-week project. This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be located in the Greater Toronto Area, as occasional in-person meetings or field outreach activities within the GTA may be required.
What will you do?
Reporting to the Senior VP, Sales and the VP, Digital, you will help grow CFIB's reach within a specific business community; such as Spanish or Indian-speaking entrepreneurs or the Canadian manufacturing sector.
This hybrid role will use digital and social engagement to introduce CFIB's advocacy, savings, and support services to new audiences. The candidate will then use our proven sales engagement model via phone, video, or in person to secure new members and growth.
