Are you digitally savvy, people-oriented, and driven by results? Do you want to work for an organization that believes in people's potential and helps shape the future of Canadian small business?

At CFIB, your work supports small businesses in your community and across the country. You will have a hand in shaping the economy and future of the country. You will be independent through flexibility and accountability, so you can live and work at your best. You will join an organization that is collaborative and supportive, where more than 90% of employees agree it's a great place to work. You will work closely with colleagues both locally and across the country – building upon synergies and learning from one another. You make a difference when you work at CFIB.

We are launching a new initiative to deepen our engagement with high-potential business communities across Canada. We are currently seeking a Growth Market Development Associate for a 12-week project. • Leverage your networks to promote CFIB's mission via platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
  • Co-create digital content in collaboration with CFIB's social media and digital teams.
  • Build awareness through grassroots or online communities (e.g., WhatsApp groups, industry events, digital forums).
  • Share insights with internal teams to help improve messaging and engagement.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or InShot.
  • Fluency in English is a requirement (written, oral and reading).
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Tagalog, etc.) are an asset.
