Project Analyst (Information Technology)



As a Project Analyst, you'll work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and technical teams to support the successful implementation of our software solution. You will play a key role in tracking progress, coordinating meetings, completing assigned tasks, preparing documentation, and supporting day-to-day project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating and monitoring software implementation projects
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, meeting minutes, schedules, and action items
  • Ownership of the defined translation/localisation process within Abilis
  • Preparation and analysis of project data, KPIs, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QAs
  • Participate in requirements gathering and testing activities as needed
  • Other ad hoc reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in project management and software delivery

Location/Travel

  • Individual will work remotely, with a preference for candidates located in the Ottawa region
  • Travel may be required but optional (<5%)
