This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office, with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week

Position Summary: The Director, Platform Success for Xvantage™ will lead the strategy and execution of adoption and utilization of the three platforms (X4C, X4A, X4V) and the convergence of TS + Cloud offerings. This leader will be responsible for building and leading platform success associates to accelerate our transformation and overachieve our objectives, while enabling Business Units (BU) to successfully transform into their new state. This role will define the roadmap to engage with customers, associates and vendor partners in a whole new way, advancing the Xvantage™ platform, enabling our ongoing digital transformation and influencing our North American and Global outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining how we will transform our business, achieve results and deliver outcomes at or above expectations.
  • Key member of the Digital Operations Leadership Team, driving our most important global initiative.
  • Be part of a global startup environment - collaborating with business, product, engineering, marketing and other teams to achieve our objectives.
  • Apply data and insights to develop and execute strategy.
  • Develops solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious by taking a broad and strategic perspective that anticipates internal and/or external business challenges.
  • Provides a future vision of technology and are on the leading edge of research and development for the corporation.
  • Analyzes organizational strategy and business processes as a key member of the digital operations leadership team, developing platform success solutions which are fully aligned with overall business goals.
  • Plan and design business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities.
  • Uses industry knowledge to recommend options to optimize company functions/processes.
  • Uses historical data, sales trends and market research to develop forecasts, track sales quota and provide various reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Utilizes data to determine potential changes.
  • May conduct various financial assessments of investments (ROI/ROA, etc.).
  • Assists vendors in areas of solutions planning, impact analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Planning and implementation of the RFP process, broad architectural considerations, budgeting and project planning.
  • May sit on client/customer steering committees related to the broader aspects of the program/project being implemented.
  • Define actions, order of actions and application of available resources to achieve desired outcomes within timeframes.
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple teams and individuals to achieve success in a team environment.
  • Define and articulate value propositions to multiple audiences, and motivate internal and external partners to take action to achieve outcomes.
  • Works in a high level of autonomy in a complex environment.
  • Exercises wide latitude in determining objectives and critical assignments.
  • Strategically lead largest multidisciplinary projects/initiatives.
  • Maintains affiliations and relationships with academic and industry technical experts.
  • Recommends operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results.
  • Influences business decisions made by leadership.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree is desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • 10+ years of related industry experience as a pioneer in the technology associated with company products.
  • Advanced technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/technologies/processes.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business processes, growth requirements, and technical challenges.
  • Recognized both within and outside the organization as a thought leader with vendor experience.
  • Innovative thinker who remains flexible and maintains the ability to manage change among varied resources.
  • Highly developed presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Politically savvy collaborator and consensus builder with a track record of bringing people together around a common cause.
  • Demonstrated experience as a leader with the ability to attract, recruit, and develop talent.
  • Experience presenting and influencing senior leadership.
