Here's the scoop - Summary

We are looking for a highly organized Brand Experience Marketing Coordinator to support the creation and management of global brand experience assets and guidelines. This role will focus on translating strategic frameworks into tangible tools and templates for regional teams. The Brand Experience Marketing Coordinator will work closely with creative, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and handoff, enabling regional teams to activate these strategies efficiently.

Ultimately, this role delivers to our compelling purpose - "better world for pets".

What a typical day looks like

  • Work with operations teams to facilitate the production and distribution of samples ensuring alignment with strategy.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop asset templates for promotions, branded merchandise, and in-store signage.
  • Coordinate the approval process for branded merchandise, ensuring compliance with brand and quality standards.
  • Support the implementation of the corporate COOP policy and process.
  • Manage the agency relationship for global fulfillment and digital sampling.
  • Act as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring regional teams have the necessary tools and templates for deployment.
  • Track the effectiveness and usage of brand experience assets, gathering insights for process improvements.
  • Support the documentation and refinement of brand experience workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, shopper marketing, or brand experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage workflows and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience working with creative and operations teams to develop marketing assets.
  • Ability to document processes and ensure alignment with strategic frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management capabilities.
