Trade Compliance Manager
Position Summary
The Trade Compliance Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Technology Control Plan (TCP) to ensure compliance with national and international export control regulations and internal security protocols. In collaboration with the site Trade Compliance Officer, IT Security, and the AJISS Program Management and Engineering teams, the TCM contributes to drafting compliance documents, delivering training and awareness sessions, attending program meetings, supporting the completion of Security Requirements Checklists (SRCLs) and ensuring monitoring adherence to applicable export and security requirements. A key focus of the role involves the classification of export-controlled and controlled goods technologies, as well as managing access authorizations to ensure only cleared personnel have access to sensitive information. The TCM plays a vital role in safeguarding the integrity and security of technical data throughout the organization.
