Store Technical Service Representative (Part Time) (Sales)



You'll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a store technical service representative, which we call an in-store service agent. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and creating solutions.

What you'll do as a store technical service representative:

  • Create an amazing customer experience
  • Assist customers with computer setup, diagnostics, and repairs
  • Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge

What we're looking for: 

  • Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers 
  • 6+ months' experience in a similar role
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
  • Excellent communication skills
