This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga, Ontario office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Role: Accountable for a focused portfolio of national accounts, with responsibilities spanning Microsoft 365, security solutions, and Copilot. Drives account growth through strategic business planning, pipeline development, and collaborative co-selling initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent and communicate the value proposition of integrating Microsoft 365, Microsoft Security and Copilot with other business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business. Initiate contact to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities.
  • Introducing Ingram Micro solutions and strategy to prospects.
  • Drive Net new customer adds to existing partner base.
  • Builds and maintains effective relationships for an assigned group of reseller accounts that may include major strategic resellers within a geographic or industry focus.
  • Onboard new partners and existing partners aligning their Microsoft 365 business to Ingram Micro.
  • Oversee the proposal generation process. Lead negotiations, coordinate the decision-making process, and promptly resolve objections to close sales.
  • Consult with prospects and clients to assess their business needs and solution to sell using Microsoft 365 offerings to effectively address business requirements.
  • Follow up with prospects to review proposed solutions, negotiate changes and advance deals to closure.
  • Manage the sales cycle by leading Microsoft 365 recurring revenue subscription opportunities, including but not limited to leads, opportunities, quotes, orders, and invoices.
  • Educate and support other Ingram Micro employees in the Microsoft 365 space to help close business.
  • Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with resellers.
  • Responsible for hosting and delivering webinars to partners.
  • May travel up to 10% (which includes, Canada and US travel) However, mainly GTA travel.

What you bring to the role:

  • College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field);
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience and ideally have experience selling Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Assisting partners with enablement and building their own successful practice;
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, and organized;
  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification is required for this position and the successful candidate must either have this certificate prior to or complete it within 2 months of their start date.
  • SC-900 certification is an asset.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
